About Us

Janette Moss Horse Wear opened in April 1988 in a small shop in the picturesque Market Town Centre of Waltham Abbey. Within a year it became obvious that the premises would not be big enough and the next-door shop was acquired. Soon even larger premises were needed, but there was a problem, there were no shops in the Town Centre big enough. However, a large office on the first floor of Arlingham Mews was vacant and with a few alterations did us very well…for a while.
With the lease on Arlingham Mews coming to an end, we wanted our own car parking and closer compliance with the Disabled Access legislation.
The acquisition of 114 Brooker Road, Waltham Abbey, an ex-stone cutting factory right next to the M25 extending to over 5000 square feet has secured the future for us. There is dedicated customer parking right outside the door and additional parking to the side and rear of the building, it is all on one floor and there is plenty of room to provide our customers with the friendly, knowledgeable service upon which our reputation has been built.
